NAI Partners recently arranged the sale of a Houston industrial property as well as separate industrial leases in Houston and in Missouri City, Texas.
For the sale, NAI Partners’ Michael Keegan, SIOR, Darren O’Conor and Andrew Laycock represented the seller of 1515 Globe Street, a 7,168-square-foot property in Houston.
The first lease transaction saw NAI Partners’ Jake Wilkinson represent TXG Industries in their 8,000-square-foot lease at 313 Main Street South in Houston.
Wilkinson and O’Conor represented the landlord in the final transaction that saw CW Global lease 15,000 square feet at 1519 Industrial Drive in Missouri City.
