NAI Robert Lynn expands capital markets team

NAI Robert Lynn, a full-service commercial real estate firm, announced two new hires on its fast-growing Capital Markets team, which provides investment sales services to owners of industrial, office and retail properties. Sam House will serve as vice president, and Ash Goldfarb will serve as senior financial analyst.

House will play an instrumental role in servicing owners of retail and office product types in acquisitions and dispositions, sale leaseback advisory, 1031 exchange advisory, and portfolio dispositions. House previously worked at STRIVE, a retail investment sales firm, representing real estate principals and developers in the acquisitions and dispositions of retail assets. During his tenure at STRIVE, he and his team earned the reputation as one of the most successful retail investment sales groups in the country.

Goldfarb will help NAI Robert Lynn’s capital markets team with property underwriting, pitch material creation and market research. He is an experienced investment sales professional, having spent time at a start-up boutique capital markets firm, Goodwin Advisors, where he underwrote more than $350 million in commercial real estate and assisted senior partners in the debt placement and equity raising process for various transactions. Prior to his time at Goodwin Advisors, Goldfarb was an analyst at CBRE.

Both House and Goldfarb are active in professional and philanthropic organizations. House works with The Salvation Army of North Texas, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Dallas 24 Hour Club, which provides safe, sober transitional living for homeless men and women, and the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, which focuses on the principles of brotherly love, tolerance, charity and truth. Goldfarb is involved with Best Buddies International, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and he is also a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
