NAI Ruhl Commercial Company recently sold the former K’ s Merchandise building in Davenport, Iowa. NAI Ruhl sold the property after it had sat vacant for several years.
Promotional Support Services purchased the space for its company, which specializes in business-to-business services including data entry and data capture.
David Gellerman, David Weiner and Jim Tansey from Ruhl Commercial represented the owner, JJZ Development LLC.
The 80,000-square-foot building was built in 1987. After the new owner renovates the building, about 20,000 square feet will be available for retail use.
