West Des Moines, Iowa-based NAI Ruhl & Ruhl recently helped Anani Salon & Day Spa open its new location in the Plaza Shoppes at Prairie Trail in Ankeny, Iowa.
This shopping center is located adjacent to the John Deere Des Moines Works and Des Moines Area Community College. In addition, the new Ankeny City Hall and Library facility will soon be located in a new 100,000-square-foot facility at this development.
Other businesses in the shopping center include Hy-Vee Food Stores, Wendy’, Iowa Soybean Association, Iowa Health Physcians and Mercy Clinic.
