Keating Resources, based in Atkinson, Nebraska, and Naples, Florida, sold an 82,829-square-foot office building on 5.7 acres and a connected 105,938-square-foot distribution center on 13.6-acres in North Sioux City, South Dakota, to Sterling Computers.

The sale closed for more than $4.6 million.

As part of the sale, Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based Five Star Call Centers executed a new lease for updated and expanded space within a portion of the buildings.

The buildings and land are part of the 750,000-square-foot, six-building former Gateway Computer Campus, which Keating Resources purchased on Jan. 10 of this year. Keting Resources sold two connected buildings totaling 225,429 square feet on Jan. 10 to Sioux Cit investor Bart Connelly.

Chris Bogenrief with NAI United in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, represented Keating Resources in the transaction.
