Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted B2 Outlet Stores in securing an 8,000-square-foot location at 1792 South Garfield Ave. in Traverse City, Michigan.
B2 Outlet Stores is an off-price retailer with a mission to give back to communities and worldwide causes. B2 Outlet Stores carries a variety of merchandise from clothing, shoes, furniture, appliances and general merchandise. Customers can feel good about shopping at B2 as a portion of all profits are donated to local and worldwide causes.

The grand opening for the Traverse City location is June 24. The original B2 Outlet Store opened in Hudsonville, Michigan, in November of 2014.
