Rod Alderink, Jason Makowski and Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokered the sale of a 20,771-square-foot church in Kentwood, Michigan.

The Well Church will be moving from 4488 Breton Road SE to the former Millbrook Christian Reformed Church at 3661 Poinsettia Ave. SE to expand its operations.

The Well Church began in 2011 in the home of founder and senior leader Kathy El-Ali. Within one year, the church outgrew El-Ali’s home and moved to a sharing space with another church. The church quickly outgrew that space and moved to the Bretwood Centre strip mall at the corner of Breton and 44th Street. The congregation began to outgrow its current space, which prompted the move to 3661 Poinsettia Ave.

Minor renovations will be made to the space including updating the sound system and lighting as well as modernizing the lobby and sanctuary.
