NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers have assisted Grand Rapids Surgical Suites, an ambulatory surgical center, in securing its first West Michigan location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski of NAI Wisinski brokered the 6,936 square-foot lease at 2505 East Paris Avenue for Grand Rapids Surgical Suites.
“This is a great addition to the East Paris medical corridor and a perfect location for the client,” said Wisinski-Rosely, in a written statement.
Grand Rapids Surgical Suites is a partner of SurgCenter Development, a corporation that partners with local surgeons to create physician owned and operated ambulatory surgical centers.
