Omaha-based World Group Commercial Real Estate and Seldin Company played a significant role in the recently closed sale of Beaumont Trace Apartments, a 160-unit Class-A multi-family property located in Beaumont, Texas.
The purchase price of this transaction was not disclosed.
The buyer, based in the Midwest, is a partner of the Seldin Company. Beaumont Trace is an attractive investment because it was built in 2009 and is believed to be the only property in the market with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances.
Tammi Adams served as World Group’s lead underwriter in the transaction.
The property is a private and gated community with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Apartment units average 982 square feet.
