Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,550,000. Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. Located at 1015 E. Belvidere Road, the property is new construction and was a build-to-suit for Dollar Tree in 2018. Multiple offers were procured, and the property closed at 98 percent of list price to an out-of-state buyer.
