A local franchisee recently purchased land on Broadway in Crown Point, Ind., to build a new Dunkin Donuts store.
The land is located in Crown Point Crossings, just south of a Speedway gas station.
Dunkin Donuts plans to begin construction soon on the 1.37 acres of lnd.
