The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Belton by Marriott will opened Jan. 3 in Belton, Missouri. Located just north of Highway 58 between Mullen Road and Interstate 49, the 48,000-square-foot, four-story hotel features complimentary WiFi in its 82 rooms as well as meeting rooms, free parking and electric car-charging stations.
The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Kansas Hospitality Management Services.
The opening of the Fairfield Inn at 151 N. Mullen Road follows other recent commercial announcements – the opening of Raising Canes at 1599 E. North Ave. on the southeast corner of East North Avenue and Starlight Drive, and Casey’s General Store on the southwest corner of East 163rd Street and Cornerstone Drive that will get underway in 2020.
Other amenities serving the hotel’s guests include valet laundry and business center services,
a fitness center, indoor swimming pool and complimentary hot breakfast.
