Baum Realty Group has announced that Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa is expanding, bringing the newest location to Wheaton. Set to open mid-summer 2013, the new location will be situated in the Danada Square West shopping center on the northwest corner of Butterfield and Naperville roads.
The shopping center is represented by landlord agent United Commercial Realty. Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa will open in a 2,700-square-foot space, and was formerly a US Cellular store. Co-tenants include Jewel-Osco, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Old Navy, Party City, Ulta, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Famous Footwear, Carter’s and others.
Allen Joffe, principal and managing broker at Baum Realty Group, represented the tenant and completed the deal.
“This shopping center is easily accessible to Chicagoland’s major highways, and nestled in a predominantly high-traffic area in the community,” Joffe said. “Hand & Stone made a sound decision in choosing their new location.”
