Atria Glenview, a new senior living community offering 59 independent and assisted living apartments as well as 24 memory care apartments is set to open on June 20, 2019. The senior living community, developed by Atria Senior Living, is located at 4700 W. Lake Avenue, Glenview, Illinois.
Designed by Virginia-based Moseley Architects, the 70,800-square-foot community features amenities including a restaurant with table service, café, lounge, art studio, theater, salon and spa, fitness center and courtyard, as well as engaging events, chef-prepared meals, scheduled transportation and discreet care available 24/7.
The property will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. In the memory care neighborhood, residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia benefit from secure and thoughtfully-designed spaces, engaging programs and personalized attention.
Atria Glenview is located 10 minutes from the shops at The Glen Town Center and The Grove Nature Preserve. This will be Atria’s fifth senior housing location in Illinois, following communities in Bolingbrook, Deer Park, Glen Ellyn and Glenview.
