Novak Construction has completed a ground-up 186,000-square-foot pre-cast and steel Walmart Supercenter in Carpentersville, Illinois. The building has a full grocery department, outside garden center, and adjacent Fuel Center.
The 24-acre site includes a retaining wall, detention basin, parking for 800 cars and a full-service fueling station. The adjacent roadways were widened to accommodate the new store and traffic signals that were added to the intersections.
