Newport Capital Partners has begun renovation of WestLake Plaza. The plans include the renovation of the 42,000-square-foot retail center’s façade.
The firm’s designer for the project is PPK Architects Ltd. Located at Lake Avenue and Skokie Boulevard in Wilmette, the property is occupied by a diverse mix of 25 retail tenants including Akai Hana Restaurant, Dunkin’ Donuts, Irving’s for Red Hot Lovers, Lou Malnati’s, Subway and North Shore Kitchen & Bath.
