Northern Builders, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Matthias J. Trizna as vice president of development and sales.
Matthias will lead all development initiatives including land acquisitions, leasing, strategic joint ventures, and sales. Prior to joining Northern, Matthias was the vice president of development for CRG’s Midwest and Ohio Valley regions where he was responsible for overseeing all commercial development operations across 10 states and leading over $1 billion of new development.
Matthias’ arrival is timely as Northern is actively acquiring new industrial land positions, and significantly growing its presence within the cold storage and manufacturing sectors.
Matthias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management with a minor in business from Illinois State University and is an active participant in NAIOPs local and national chapters.
