John Reed, managing director of NorthMarq Capital's Omaha-based regional office, arranged the $4.8 million refinance of Gateway Park Apartments, a 96-unit multifamily property at 309 Fort Crook Road South in Bellevue, Nebraska.
The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 25-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life-insurance company.
