John Reed, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Omaha regional office, arranged the $7.1 million refinance of Trenridge Apartments, a 126-unit multifamily property at 6101 Vine St. in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year, interest-only term followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Fannie Mae.
