Daniel Trebil, senior vice president and senior director of NorthMarq’s Minneapolis regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $11.5 million for Broadway Village Apartments, a 252-unit multi-family property in New Hope, Minn.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule.
