Dan Baker and Jeff Chaney arranged financing of $3.815 million for Little Sunshine’s Playhouse, a 9,726-square-foot preschool at 4220 State Highway K in O’Fallon, Missouri.
The loan features a 10-year term with 25-year amortization and a permanent fixed rate. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, Chez II Sunshine, through its relationship with a life insurance company.
