Jason Kinnison, vice president of NorthMarq’s Omaha regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $2.8 million for a free-standing 50,000-square-foot retail property in Concil Bluffs, Iowa.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 10-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged the financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
