Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has completed the lease of a 6,882-square-foot industrial building at 550 Lunt Ave. in Schaumburg to Northwest Radiator Corp., which will use the building for warehouse/distribution.
Daniel Fanelli, principal of Darwin Realty, represented both ownership and the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Darwin Realty also completed the lease renewal of 30,117 square feet at 2101 W. 21st St. in Broadview. MaxEx Inc. is renewing and downsizing its space from 46,000 square feet.
The building features 22-foot ceiling clearance, two interior docks, one grade level door and 3,000 square feet of finished office area.
Fanelli and George Cibula, chairman of Darwin Realty, represented both parties in the transaction.
