Nufarm Americas Inc. recently completed the purchase of a 102,187-square-foot industrial building at 11901 S. Austin in Alsip. The company, a fertilizer manufacturer, is a division of Australia-based Nufarm Limited, which develops and produces fertilizer, insecticide and other agricultural products.
Chris Gary, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group, represented Nufarm Americas Inc. in the transaction. Keith Puritz and Mike Mangan of CBRE represented the seller, Shore Enterprises Inc.
