Oak Brook’s Core Industrial Realty closes several Illinois transactions

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Core Industrial Realty completed several transactions.

Sale of 120,000 SF Investment Property in Lockport, IL

Core Industrial Partners Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci represented the purchaser, TradeLane Properties, in their acquisition of a fully leased single-tenant building in Lockport, Illinois.  The tenant is a leader in the specialty plastics industry.  The 120,000 SF building was constructed in 2000 with 8,000 SF of office, 11 exterior loading docks, ceiling heights of 26’ and 30’, over 5,000 amps of power and a heavy crane system throughout.

Additional Sale Transactions:

·       Frank Damato IV, Partner represented UE Line, Inc. in their acquisition of 27 acres of land at I-90 and IL Route 20 in Hampshire, Illinois.  The property will be utilized and developed by UE Line, Inc. for a transportation facility for their own use and future development of the land for multiple projects in the future.

·       Matthew Lee represented the purchaser, Summit Parking Management, in their acquisition of a 17,000 SF industrial service facility located at 433 S. Vermont Street in Palatine, Illinois.

Lease Transactions:

·     Matthew Lee and Noel S. Liston represented the tenant, Formic Technologies, in their long-term lease of 48,000 SF at 309 E. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Owned and managed by HSA Commercial, this free-standing building in Bolingbrook is a first-class manufacturing facility featuring ample power and 7,000 SF of office finish ideally located with immediate access to I-55 and I-355.

·     Noel Liston and Nick Krejci represented Perla Foods USA in their lease extension of 51,000 SF at 1456 Brewster Creek Blvd in Bartlett, Illinois.  The property is utilized by Perla Foods USA for their preparation production of antipasti foods.
