St. Paul, Minn.-based Oak Grove Capital recently originated an $11 million Fannie Mae permanent loan for the refinancing of Country View MHC, a 373-pad manufactured housing community in Farmington, Minn.
The loan was provided to D.H. Gustafson Company.
