NAI Hiffman vice president Aubrey Van Reken-Englund and associate Tabitha Dozier represented SET Environmental, Inc., a national provider of environmental management solutions, in securing a new lease at Oakbrook Terrace Tower. The tenant is undergoing a custom build-out of the office and anticipates occupancy in early spring.
SET Environmental signed a long-term lease to occupy 6,200 square feet, choosing the location to prepare for future growth as well as the tower’s modern finishes, including glass surfaces, expansive windows and breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline. The space will serve as its new headquarter location as SET Environmental relocates from 1400 16th Street in Oak Brook.
Designed by Helmut Jahn and completed in 1986, Oakbrook Terrace Tower is located at One Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The 773,000-square-foot office tower, which is owned by EQ Office, is the tallest building in Illinois outside of Chicago.
