Occidental Management recently acquired a 47,000-square-foot theater complex in Wichita, Kan., that it will turn into an office building.
Occidental plans to turn the theater complex into a two-story Class-A office building that will consist of about 95,000 square feet.
This is not a new challenge for Occidental. The company previously turned a theater complex into Class-A office space with its Northrock building project. It took Occidental just six months to transform this building, which today boasts 93 percent occupancy.
Occidental’s new acquisition is the second structure to be redeveloped in a planned 200,000-square-foot, three-building Class-A office complex in Wichita.
