A Chicago area daycare center seeks to occupy a 9,600-square-foot office building that was sold at 4475 Turnberry Drive in Hanover Park. Olivia Czyzynski of SVN | Chicago Commercial, and Matt Chapdelaine of Affiliated Chicago Opeartions represented the seller in transaction. The office space sold for $1,500,000.
“This deal started with lease negotiations and as we progressed the buyer was able to obtain an SBA loan for the purchase and remodel of the building. This transaction took nearly a year to complete, but we found a buyer who was a great fit for the property,” Czyzynski said.
