Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company recently closed the sale of the 40-unit apartment community Maple Avenue Apartments in Slinger, Wis.
The two-bedroom/one-bath garden-style apartments were built in 1972 and are located within five buildings.
The apartments were sold for $1.35 million. Gordon Steimle, Susan Sardina and Angie Hoehnen of Ogden & Company, Inc. brokered the transaction.
The buyer, Mutual Apartments, LLC was represented by John Dyke of Encore Real Estate Brokerage.
