Milwaukee’s Ogden & Company recently closed two lease transactions in the city.
The Burke Foundation, a firm that supports urban education, will move its headquarters to 2,858 square feet in Milwaukee. Michael Seramur of ogden represented the landlord, Gardner Group LLC.
Hurt at Work Law, a personal-injury and workman’s compensation firm, recently moved into 3,174 square feet in the city. Seramur again represented the landlord, Gardner Group.
