Milwaukee’s Ogden & Company recently sold an eight-unit apartment building in the Bay View neighborhood of the city.
The two-story building includes eight one-bedroom apartments, and was originally built in 1928.
Eugene Zeratsky and Leo Trautner sold the apartment building to Bell Investments, LLC for $332,500.
Gordon Steimle and Susan Sardina of Ogden & Company brokered the transaction.
