Ogden & Company recently negotiated the sale of 4010 N. Oakland, a mixed-use building in Shorewood, Wisconsin.
The property sold for $.17 million, and includes two ground-level retail suites and nine apartment units.
JMZ LLC purchased the building. The buyer and seller were both represented Gordon Steimle and Daniel Hasbani with the commercial division of Ogden & Company.
