Ogden & Company closed the sale of an industrial building at 1115 Industrial Drive in West Salem, Wisconsin, for $3.2 million.
The property is a 55,141-square-foot steel fabrication building on 10 acres that was formerly occupied by Riversteel and La Crosse Technology Corporation.
Gundersen Lutheran Administrative Services, Inc., bought the property from Tim Brennan.
Bob Gintoft of Ogden & Company’s commercial division represented the seller.
