Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company, Inc.’s Commercial & Investment Division recently handled the sale of a 44-unit apartment complex located in a growing commercial area at Interstate-43 and Highway 51 in Manitowoc, Wis.
The garden-style apartments were built n 1996 and 1997, and have a mix of one- and two-bedroom units located in three separate buildings.
Forest Creek Apartments were sold for $1.9 million. Gordon Steimle and Susan Sardina of Ogden & Company, Inc., brokered the transaction.
