Ogden & Company recently closed the sale of the Goll Mansion in Milwaukee, a 9,000-square-foot office building that is one of the few remaining mansion properties on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan.
Built in 1898, the property once served as the residence for Frederick and Eleanor Goll, local merchants. In 2006, the property was slated to become part of a high-rise condominium development. That project, though, stalled because of the downturn in the real estate market.
East Bay Holdings, LLC recently purchased the property.
Michael Seramur of Ogden & Company represented both the seller and buyer of the property.
