Ogden & Company negotiated the sale of Canterbury Court, a multifamily property with eight townhomes in Glendale, Wisconsin.
The property, located at 2155-2225 W. Mill Road, sold for $1.225 million. It includes six acres of developable land.
The building was sold by Canterbury Court LLC to TRRRBO LLC. The seller was represented by Gordon Steimle and Daniel Hasbani with Ogden & Company. The buyer was represented by Colin Hough with Anderson Commercial.
