Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company‘s commercial and investment division recently facilitated the sale of a 14,300-square-foot multi-tenant strip shopping center in Brookfield, Wis.
The center, Brookfield Place Shopping Center, was originally built in 1984 and features a mix of local retail businesses including Jack’s Tobacco, Reliable Beauty and Minuteman Press.
Brookfield Place sold for $980,000.
Marvin Hansen of Ogden & Company represented the seller, D J Properties, LLC. William Kratzke of Park Real Estate represented the buyer, Brookfield Place, LLC.
