Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company recently completed two lease deals in Wisconsin.
Generations at Play has leased approximately 3,223 square feet of retail space in the Ogden Shopping Center in Bayside, Wis. Susan Sardina of Ogden & Company, Inc. brokered the deal.
Danceworks, Inc. has leased approximately 5,756 square feet in the Northern Lights Building in Milwaukee. Sardina represented the landlord, while David Donian represented the tenant.
