Bennet Morrison has joined the Beachwood, Ohio, office of Chase Properties Ltd. as senior vice president of leasing. Chase Properties is an owner and operator of community shopping centers across the country.
During his 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, MOrrison has been responsible for lease negotiations and acquisition and disposition transactions. He joins Chase from DDR, where he was managing a team responsible for leasing a portfolio of 45 assets.
Morrison also held leasing roles at Ostendorf-Morris Company.
