Bob Raskow and Scott Raskow with Akron, Ohio-based NAI Cummins recently represented Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc., a Houston-based oil field service provider, in the site search and acquisition of a 108.8-acre parcel of land in Massillon, Ohio.
The $3.3 million purchase is the planned site for a regional hub serving oil companies and their drilling operations for the Ohio Utica shale formation. The facility will be built in stages to keep pace with growth in the shale gas industry.
