HSA PrimeCare, the national healthcare real estate division of Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate, has promoted Olivia R. Wirth to director of marketing and senior associate of leasing/development. Wirth has been with HSA PrimeCare for five years and she provides leasing and other services for the division’s top health care provider clients.
“Olivia brings a fresh perspective and energy to the work that we do,” said John Wilson, president of HSA PrimeCare. “Her growth with the company over the past few years has been exceptional, and we are excited to see what she will achieve in the near future.”
Wirth is responsible for leasing space within HSA PrimeCare’s portfolio of healthcare properties, and also provides tenant representation services to medical, office and retail users throughout the Chicagoland area. In addition to her brokerage work, Wirth’s responsibilities as director of marketing include managing the division’s marketing initiatives as well as overseeing public relations efforts relevant to both brand and product marketing. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois, a CCIM candidate member and the communication committee co-chair for CREW Chicago.
