Olshan Properties has announced the appointment of John Randall to head of hospitality within the firm’s Columbus, Ohio offices.
A 36-year veteran of the hotel industry, Randall joins the executive team at Olshan Properties, reporting directly to CEO Andrea Olshan. He will have comprehensive responsibility for portfolio operations and asset management related to the firm’s six hotel properties.
Olshan Properties’ hotel portfolio, featuring Marriott, Starwood and Hilton flags, currently includes the Courtyard BY MARRIOTT Columbus at Easton, the Residence Inn Columbus at Easton, and the Hilton Columbus at Easton, located in Columbus, OH; the Hilton Orrington, Evanston located outside of Chicago, IL, the Sheraton Suites Galleria in Atlanta, GA and the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa located in Marco Island, FL.
Randall will lead and serve as first point of contact for hotel general managers on operational, accounting and human resources matters as well as manage relationships with third party vendors to and financial intermediaries associated with Olshan Properties’ hotel portfolio. Previously, he was at White Lodging where he served as Vice President of Operations, Full Service Division.
