Kelli Deere has been promoted to director of residential property management at Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in Omaha.
Deere now oversees the company’s third-party multifamily property management portfolio of more than 6,000 apartments in Nebraska and Iowa.
Deere started at Cushman & Wakefield/Lund in 2013 as a regional property manager. She has more than 10 years of multifamily housing experience.
