Omaha’s Investors Realty is no newcomer to the commercial real estate business. The company, which once boasted just two brokers, is celebrating its 39th anniversary this year.
Steve Farrell and Jerry Heinrichs founded the company in 1975. R.J. Neary serves as the president of Investors Realty.
The company has grown from two brokers — both of whom are still active in Investors Realty — to 50 people. This figure includes 19 brokers and 31 employees, including six property managers.
