Todd Schneidewind has joined Omaha’s NAI NP Dodge as an associate.
Schneidewind has a background in business and entrepreneurism. His experience includes more than 10 years of telecommunications sales and several redevelopment projects throughout Omaha.
Schneidewind became involved with real estate by flipping and investing in properties. In 2005, he was a general contractor for Arbor Creek Apartments, a 12-unit apartment complex near 78th and Dodge streets in Omaha. He also redeveloped an existing 25-year-old retail strip center on 90th and Blondo streets in Omaha, turning it into a 24,000-square-foot investment property.
Schneidewind is also an expert in custom-engineered steel buildings, and regularly works with American Structures Company. He is also the owner of Eagle Mortgage Company, which provides mortgage and refinance services throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
