Omaha’s Seldin Company and World Group Commercial Real Estate recently finalized the purchase of two multi-family properties in San Antonio, Texas. The buys increase the companies’ San Antonio portfolio to four properties totaling 790 apartments.
The two new Class-B acquisitions are Las Brisas and Lexington.
The Chicago-based buyers of the properties are partners of Omaha-based Seldin Company. Seldin assumed management and leasing responsibilities of the properties immediately upon closing.
Las Brisas is a 176-unit complex, whil Lexington boasts 72 units.
