World Group Commercial Real Estate in Omaha has combined operations with PropertyBanc, Inc. The move took place March 16.
The merger allows the two Omaha-based companies to better serve commercial real estate clients in Nebraska and Iowa.
The combined firm will be known as World Group Commercial Real Estate. It will operate from World Group’s existing office at 780 N. 114th St. in the Miracle Hills area of Omaha.
Ray Trimble, PropertyBanc’s president and founder, will join World Group as vice president and associate broker. Four additional PropertyBanc professionals are also joining World Group, Michael Donovan, Jeff Konen, Dave Grosz and Jerry Culver.
Trimble founded PropertyBanc in 1997.
