The Opus Group recently announced that Denso Products and Services Americas, Inc., an automotive parts manufacturer, has signed a lease for Opus’ completed industrial building in River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Denso will occupy 311,483 square feet of the 426,450-square-foot industrial building.
The industrial warehouse at River Ridge Commerce Center is Denso’s first facility in the greater Louisville market. The company chose the site so it can continue expanding operations in the future and gain better access to major transportation routes. The site will serve as a distribution center of Denso automotive technology systems and components to regional automotive manufacturers.
Located off State Route 62 with easy access to major freeways, Opus’ building at River Ridge Commerce Center answers the rapidly growing demand for commerce and distribution warehouse space in the urban area. The building is located near the UPS Worldport Air Hub and features 32-foot clear height as well as 44 dock positions. The development also offers more than 300 car parking spaces and 49 excess trailer parking spots. An additional 114,967 square feet of space remains available for lease.
Opus was the developer, design-builder, architect and structural engineer of record on the project. Kevin Groves of CBRE represented Opus in the lease transaction.
