Opus building 495,000-square-foot spec industrial facility in Indianapolis market

The Opus Group has started construction on a 495,977-square-foot speculative industrial development in Greenwood, Indiana. The project, known as Greenpointe Logistics Center, is a joint venture with Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.

The building will be a cross-dock facility, featuring 36-foot clear heights and ample employee parking. Designed with flexibility in mind, the building is able to accommodate a single user or two tenants. The facility will have two entrances off Graham Road, east of Interstate-65. Construction is scheduled for completion in late spring 2018.

Opus Development Company, L.L.C. is the developer, Opus Design Build, L.L.C. is the design-builder and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. is the architect and structural engineer of record. Luke Wessel from Cushman & Wakefield will market the property for lease.
